In the framework of the Virtual Observatory, the GAVO project provides theoretical spectral energy distributions (SEDs) of TMAP NLTE model atmospheres within the GAVO TheoSSA service.
TheoSSA gives a VO user easy access to precalculated SED grids. In case that no suitable SED is available, the VO user is transferred to TMAW, a WWW interface to calculate SEDs using TMAP.
2008, June
A TMAP
WWW Interface (TMAW) is fully functional.
Individual SEDs from H+He+C+N+O models can be calculated.
SEDs are automatically ingested in the GAVO database and are then available via
the GAVO service TheoSSA.
2010, January
1st TMAW
model atmosphere was
calculated successfully on compute resources of
AstroGrid-D.
2010, September
1st extended TMAW
model-atmosphere grid was
calculated successfully on compute resources of
AstroGrid-D.
2011, March
Animation of AA Dor updated.
2011, July
TheoSSA changed to a new database,
the new URL is http://dc.g-vo.org/theossa.
2011, December
TMAW
was revised in order to avoid requests with excessively high model numbers.
