TAB_SPPTOFOR

       This procedure converts an spp format specification to a normal
       Fortran format specification.

       tab_spptofor, sppformat, format, width

       sppformat - spp format specification (without preceeding %)

       forformat - fortran format specification (string)
       width - field width (integer)
