TRIPP_SINFITPAR_GUI

           Definition of a graphical user interface for editing the
           fitting parameter files needed by tripp_sinfit

           log: structure (type: tripp_sinfitpar_type) containing either default
           values or values from a previous session.

           structure: TAG NAMES in log must correspond to those
                      defined in tripp_sinfitpar_type.

           result: Structure (type: tripp_sinfitpar_type) containing values
                   of the tripp_sinfitpar_type structure.
