TRIPP_SINFITPAR_EVENT

           Handles events from a graphical user interface for editing the
           fitting parameter files needed by tripp_sinfit

           event structure

           - enforces that bounds are consistent with
             current start values
           - stupidely uses save file to transport information back
             to calling function; what is the right way to do this?!
