TRIPP_READ_SINFITPAR

           Read all parameters for sinus fitting.
           Definition of each structure element: see TRIPP_WRITE_SINFITPAR

           logName : Name of parameter file

           log : Structure containing all fitting parameters

           /period04 : indicates that log file shall be constructed
                       from existing Period04 .per output file
 RESTRICTIONS:         /period04 assumes that a .per file exists
                       of the same name as the parameter file that is
                       to be created but without the .per ending
