help

           prints help of a standard command/model.

           cafe

           help, [topic][,subtopic]

           topic    - The command/section to get help for
           subtopic - Some commands call subtasks (as
                      driver). Information for a certain subtask for
                      a given command may be get with the subtopic
                      identifier.
                      If the subtopic is "all" the help command
                      displays a list of available subtasks (if
                      any).

           None.
