Abstract. We present spectral analyses of 15 DAO- and O(H)-type central stars that cover a wide range of effective temperature (70 000 – 130 000 K) and surface gravity (log g = 5.4 – 7.4). Thus, they represent well the stellar hydrogen-rich post-AGB evolution. Based on high-resolution, high-S/N FUSE and HST/STIS observations, our approach comprises state-of-the-art fully line blanketed non-LTE stellar model atmospheres as well as models of the interstellar line absorption.
