In the framework of the Virtual Observatory, the GAVO project provides theoretical spectral energy distributions (SEDs) of TMAP NLTE model atmospheres within the GAVO TheoSSA service. All SEDs from this model-atmosphere grid are available in a VO-compliant form within TheoSSA.These synthetic spectra were calculated from an extented atmosphere grid of pure helium models.
The synthetic spectra are calculated using Stark broadening tables of Schöning & Butler (1989, A&AS, 78, 51).
The tables have the following contents:
|ionizing flux|| NLTE model atmosphere fluxes (5 - 2000Å)
calculated for the use with the photoionization codes like, e.g.,
The flux is binned to 0.1Å intervals.
In all files the effective temperature Teff calculated from the integrated flux with the frequency grid used in the model atmosphere calculations (1012 - 3 · 1018 Hz, 1 - 2997929Å) is given.
The flux may be normalized to match the correct Teff.
|flux NLTE model atmosphere fluxes (Fλ, 3200 - 15000Å)|
|relative flux||Normalized NLTE model atmosphere fluxes (3200 - 15000Å)|
