In the framework of the Tübingen German Astrophysical Virtual Observatory (GAVO) project, we have developed the registered Tübingen Gravitational REDshift calculator (TGRED) tool that calculates the gravitational redshift z and the respective radial velocity vrad.


To start the calculation, please enter two of the three following stellar parameters: mass M, radius R, and surface gravity g. Optional, you may give their error limits.
